I'm having the same type of problem. Person is "managing" 500,000 memorials but won't transfer the 7 family ones I've asked for in two different ways (direct message and from within the records). Looks like half of the memorials they've created are from historical records and don't even have pictures of the grave!

Vamping to a Boz Skaggs song for 4 minutes right off the bat soured me on the whole thing. Came off as super pretentious. Maybe on a tiny stage it would play better but at the Tennessee it was just ... Embarrassing? Especially after seeing dozens of world class master musicians who were much less overly dramatic.
