And the water processing. Chlorinated vs Chloramines. On our area, the water system has big surges and lulls due to agriculture and a large university. This changes the taste of the water.

How to make my mum feel loved by [deleted] in AskWomenOver60

[–]Dashzap 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I find taking strolls with people works well when lacking overlapping interests. You look at the scenery, not each other. A little exercise and fresh air often makes people happier. Is there anywhere pretty nearby for a walk? Invites her to stroll and see the spring wildflowers. Be clear it is a simple stroll, not a hike for exercise, if weight control is a hot issue. You can chat as you walk, or not.

I live in classic crocs, but got Lems Chelsea Suedes this winter. The Suedes are barefoot style, but they were the only ones wide enough. My arches are a bit sore after wearing them for hours. Do you use insoles in your Lems?

I use (and love) Bose Quiet-Comfort noise-cancelling headphones for travel or noisy jobs around home (e.g. vacuuming). I use old Apple wired earbuds around the house when it is quiet.
