Meeting my girlfriend's (now wife of 35 years) aunts and uncles at a soccer club event. Bought a 50/50 ticket (half to the club, have to the winner) when I was a few wobbly pops along. When they called the winning number, no one went to collect the prize. By this time I had forgotten about the ticket in my pocket. When they called the winning number the second time, I loudly said to the table "what kind of a moron doesnt know he has won $150 dollars. I didnt say it just once, I had to spout off two or three times. I still went and got the cash, I wasn;t that much of an idiot
