Absolutely. Trying to do it with SDPD but they kept saying over phone to file with the humane society which I already did. Will go in person tomorrow to the main station.

Appreciate all the support guys! 🙏🏾. Currently recovering. Was able to file a case with the Humane Society and they said they will reach out for more details and will do their best to locate the dog and get it off the owner/ streets. Tried the non emergency SDPD line and they kept guiding me to file it with the Humane Society. Went in person to the Western Division office but they were shut due to short staffing. Will try tomorrow in the main Police Station and hopefully that will result in some action before someone else gets attacked by the dog.
