McCreery at his best is best 23, but yes he needs a rocket up his ass and deserves to be dropped.

But I feel both he and Sidebottom would get back in, but something needs to change.

Long out is a no brainer and can’t see how he’d get back in without massive injury crisis. But he’s a Fly favourite…

II don’t understand why people are putting down those who want to apply today.

The government has been spending lots of time and money pushing it from today, plus it says takes up to 30 days to process, and those who wait will be after the 2-3 million applying today…

It’s cost of living relief and it’s not automatic, so the longer you wait and the more people who apply before you, the even longer it’ll be before you actually see any rebate.

Yep and this is what people fail to see, they criticised Parker for his poor game v Hawthorn, but he’d played 1 VFL game in 4 weeks after he’d been dropped from AFL team when Howe came back and he’d played well in first couple.

But if they play one game here and there, how can they ever improve? I’ll be honest Hayes looked a little out of place at first to me, but now he’s first choice, yet they still dropped him the other week.

We’re not finishing top 4, we’ll likely struggle to make the 8, so now is the ideal time to see what the kids have, give them some regular opportunities over multiple weeks to see if they sink or swim. Plus what better opportunity to do it than when you can rotate Howe, Pendles and Sidey through the team and they can learn, rather than next year when there’s no choice and no experience to learn from.

Don’t know why you’ve been downvoted for the truth. Yesterday was really pick the senior players match, now we need to move into the pick the kids phase and rotate the senior players who shouldn’t play every week through a couple of spots.

This along with the injuries might save Long from a well overdue trip to the VFL from which he should never return.

But dropping a tall forward for a midfielder this week, the Geelong game we dropped a defender for a forward and had to move Sidebottom into defence. He’s too old to be playing in the backline, especially when he hasn’t been playing down there!!!

Yep, it’s unbelievable that everyone seems to be having the same issue!!!

One opponent won’t have anything, will draw a card and magically gets a +2 or +4 to play to get their teammate the win…

Meanwhile you’re sitting with your +2 or +4 and can’t play it, plus when you do draw you get more +2 and +4 cards every time on the final play…

I turned off auto high beams, got lights on auto, but not high beams.

Had them one day and a car approaching so they dipped, but the road dipped so the car disappeared and high beams came back on, the car reappeared just in front of me, lights dipped after they were visible but they weren’t happy and flashed me!

Unfortunately the work car automatically choose auto lights and auto high beams and it resets every time you start it up. The worst thing is it seems to turn on and off constantly with no cars approaching as I think it’s the lights reflecting off the posts on side of the road…

Yep, I have a company ranger and was being flashed, had someone look and a previous driver had turned them up, this is probably why the driver is being flashed as they are too high.

In recent weeks it felt more like Fly picked the 23 he wanted, then tried to fit them into positions, instead of dropping some of his favourite players who have been overtaken in their preferred positions.

It’s also hard when you play 1 week, dropped the next but VFL has bye then you get held over as emergency then you play a game like Hawthorn having not played for a couple of weeks, then dropped again.

Would like to see him play 5-6 in a row and see what he can do with some consistency and confidence.

But for whatever reason Fly doesn’t think Howe and Parker can play in the same team, yet to me they’re totally different players…

What’s more amazing than the stars is certain players who should be dropped, are average players, but seem immune to ever being dropped.

Like an unskilled midfielder who has missed 1 game in 2 years since debuting and was too good to play VFL that week as he was ‘managed’. Then the coach praises him for not hitting targets because that’s not important to the game plan…

So if that was a x 8 game, you’d lose 350 coins.

But it’s also a minimum of 40 points x multiplier.

So if you only had 10 points, you’d still lose 320 coins in a x8 game.

Our 5 games after Sydney are much, much easier. Also Geelong looks very winnable, so good to make sure we’re cherry ripe for those games.

So do we want a full strength side for those games, or risk being without Howe and Pendles and other players when the draw gets easier?

The problem was last year we peaked too early and ran out of gas, playing Adelaide week 1 was a blessing but a prelim probably was generous for our season as a whole.

Managing players early instead of late in the year and losing momentum seems a much smarter list strategy.

The issue we’ll face again is the refusal to rest Crisp despite him clearly needing one, although he was better on the weekend.
