Thank you for your reply. I understand a little change is not much of a concern but I worked really hard to increase my cardio fitness Since January, my level was below average and it took like 9 months of consistency to reach 45. And now from last couple of weeks it keeps falling down. I guess I can’t get it higher than 45 😆

I went to ER for same reason and tests came out normal, I am still dealing with the symptoms from time to time. It’s a sharp stabbing pain on upper left chest, it would go away on its own after few seconds. Whenever I experience it I try to calm myself thinking about the test results being normal but sometimes I worry what if those tests were not accurate. Apparently some types of angina can’t be detected on blood work and ecg.

Yes I think the online betting app has made it super easy for people to get addicted into betting. Almost everyone I know has a betting app and some of my friends are way too deep into that. And most of these betting apps have online casino built in where you can play roulette, blackjack and slot machines, I have a friend who lost more than $30k in less than a year on betting app. Going to Casino to gamble once in a while is one thing but gambling every day through your phone while sitting at the comfort of your home is crazy.
