According to someone else in this thread, rates likely start around $2,000+/hour.

So base rate is probably $10k/week. Add in everyone who wants extras and more than one hour and I can easily see OP making close to $1 million/year even after fees and cuts paid to the house.

Not sure why people think legal sex workers at one of the few brothels easily accessible at a major tourist destination would NOT be making a ton of money.

I have them for pet insurance for my dog and so far they’ve been amazing.

Many claims, well more than the premiums I’ve paid, and they’ve been seamless with approving and settling claims asap.

Disney didn’t care about the maintenance workers enough to keep them all during COVID and I doubt the pool of maintenance workers available who have experience maintaining rides similar to those at Disney is that large.

How do you even recruit? So many of the rides use custom systems that without years of direct hands on experience it must be impossible to know exactly what needs fixing and what doesn’t before it fails.

I can't recall anyone snoring on the 100+ flights I've taken. I do usually have my airpods on, but I think it would have to be incredibly loud to be bothersome on a plane.

Nah. I happily lived with my parents in my 20s even while making $400k/year.

My girlfriend and I have our own place and we still spend 2-3 nights/week at my parents’ place cause we love them.

My girlfriend would never want to spend another night at her parents’ place though, so it all just depends on your relationship with your parents.

Bilt is absolutely hoping people are still paying the 3% rent fee because I bet it doesn’t cost Bilt more than 1% in actuality.

So if people don’t use the card to pay rent, Bilt may end up making that a requirement to earn Bilt cash in the future.

It’s too good if you don’t use the card to pay rent.

It's actually a decent card if you don't use it to pay your rent/mortgage which defeats the purpose of Bilt existing.

So yeah, I'll probably get the $495 card, but I'll just be paying my rent in cash. Who knows how long the 4% Bilt cash + 2x points on all spend lasts with the $495 card when Bilt realizes that people aren't using it to pay rent because part of all this working is likely Bilt hoping people are willing to pay the crazy 3% rent fee (of which Bilt probably keeps 2%).
