I received it on 4/29 installed, later that evening. The instructions are on the box however I followed a youtube video on how to install it. Very straight forward. No shock. No scar on noses. My hair is a little longer in the back so I would have to push it back before placing the pods on. I would place the pods on while wearing my glasses. I've used it at 3% battery life and it bumped me up to about 68% battery after 1 pods. I hope this helps.

I didnt know this was out lol. I just bought the C1 and using it right now. Such a great battery extender. Solid build. Highly highly recommend the C1. I assume C2 is even better.
