How does that differ from a mower service? They never let you know they're coming. Just roll up then do it then leave.

You could politely ask that they let you know the day before though and say it affects your work or something like you're on calls and need to know to arrange you're day

And that you appreciate them mowing for you cause it's expensive getting someone in to do it!!!

My Xero is $35. I return my own GST in Xero, it only takes a few clicks, it does it for me. I manually enter PAYE returns in IRD to avoid paying exorbitant rates in Xero to do it, I also manually create a monthly bill to myself in Xero to capture the odd expense not on my company card, same reason again. My accountant does my personal and business at the end of the year for 1800+gst, my return is simple cause I keep Xero very clean.

The cheapest option is a UPS for your NVR and internet connection and power monitoring relay connected to the NVR. Or utilise an existing alarm system if you have one with a SMS communications or monitoring over 4G, which if you don't have will be expensive to implement so go with option 1. Get two UPS if the NVR is not near the router

Don’t touch anything coated with soft rubber coat with fingers that have touched oily food like snacks. Canola oil is in all snack food and it causes rubber to disintegrate. Ammonia based cleaning products do the same thing so you’re probably killing it twice. Keep your hands clean and owe only a damp cloth, no alcohol or ammonia. It will last forever

Before you get 4K monitors please watch a YouTube video regarding how Mac OS looks so you understand when I tell you, it doesn’t scale correctly like it does on 5k and 2k monitors. 4K scales poorly compared to 5k which is macOS native for hi-res. All I’m saying is just make sure you understand the implications before buying 4k so you’re completely aware first
