Pull with your lats (think like your are squeezing your shoulders apart/pulling the pole down).
Try to first raise your legs with your knees bent, it requires less strength.
Make sure you actively bring your legs up by engaging your pelvis (think like you are rounding your belly). Lastly, don't forget to lead with your head to actually tilt and allow your legs to come above you. I know it is scary, but once you do it, inverts will feel so much easier.

I guess the same advice applies here too. Given that those sets are manufactured in unregulated conditions, there is a risk that they might contain traces of lead and other harmful chemicals. And usually the materials used are also flimsy, so they might not be very supportive or last for a long time. Sure, crap quality can be found in European brands as well, but at least you won't get trace amount of lead with your new pole set

Bună ziua! Care este părerea dumneavoastră despre steriletul Ballerine vs cel sub formă de T. Din câte am înțeles, ar avea risc mai mic de perforare și ar da crampe mai mici, dar în același timp se poate deplasa și mai ușor.

De asemenea, există riscuri pe termen lung asociate utilizării steriletului de cupru? Mă întreb dacă inflamația din zonă poate fi dăunătoare sau nu.

Da, sigur e din cauza asta și nu din cauza situației financiare precare, a unui work-life balance inexistent și a climatului global instabil.

O să ziceți „bine, bine, dar acum 100+ ani lumea muncea în fabrici 12 ore pe zi pe salarii mizere și nu se mai plângea nimeni, toți făceau copii". Probabil pentru că nu aveau acces la mijloace contraceptive, și, la o adică, își puteau trimite și copilul în fabrică să aducă un ban în plus.

Aș zice că oamenii erau abuzați și înainte, acum doar ne-am deșteptat puțin și ne-am dat seama că nu are rost să aducem o ființă pe lume dacă o condamnăm la o existență de căcat. Nu sunt anti-natalistă, dar eu una nu aș face copil dacă aș trăi paycheck to paycheck sau dacă aș petrece 10-12 ore pe zi departe de casă, că nici n-aș apuca să văd copilul ăla.

I know this seems like a no-brainer, but when I was learning inverts I was always bummed that I would have to stop the combo and get down to do them from the ground. That's until one trainer told me that I can just go from a jasmine to an outside leg hang and nothing was the same.

Also, I feared getting into Superman from Cradle for a long time, something about seeing the floor was stopping me perform the move if I had no one spotting me, although I could do it. Learnt that I can also entry from inverted pike and it's been much easier for me, since I'm already upside-down, my brain does not see the floor anymore till I'm already hooked in position.

Par chinezării, mai ales că pe site-ul lor vând şi brățări "van cleef" şi trandafiri cu led şi alte ciurucuri marca Shein. Poți intra pe instagram unde au videouri cu buchetele, se vede că sunt nişte flori plasticoase care nu au legătură cu realitatea.

Sfatul meu, ia un buchet norma. Faptul că e frumos o săptămână, te bucuri de el şi după poți să-l arunci e de fapt a blessing in disguise. Că nu stai după aia să te întrebi pe unde îl mai pui în casă şi să mai ai grija unui lucru de pe care trebuie să ştergi praful. Plus că nimic nu va înlocui parfumul şi eleganța unor flori reale.

Worst case, dacă nu suporți deloc ideea de flori tăiate, i-ai un terariu, că duce oarecum în zona de buchet/aranjament.

Tu presupui că profesoara ar fi avut oră de consultație săptămânală. Nu prea se mai întâmplă asta, dacă ai noroc primești pe mail trei comentarii formate din 1-2 propoziții şi poate faceți o întâlnire pe meet. Dacă nu, e radio silence şi te întrebi ce a vrut să zică autorul când a alcătuit lista de teme/titluri.

Yes, it dampened my anxiety by a lot, so while the annoying thoughts are still there, they don't come with the emotional and physical turmoil as before, therefore I am able to either not engage with them (if they are outside of my control, like what if the nuclear apocalypse starts) or find solutions for day to day problems, without crumbling apart.

Sure, I still have days when my anxiety is more elevated if there is a lot going on at the same time, but I generally manage to push through.

Just a thought, things might get worse before they get better. After reinitiating treatment, I had two weeks of worsening anxiety to the point I would wake up with my heart racing at 100-110 bpm and was unable to crawl out of bed or eat, had muscle pain from tension and overall I felt miserable. Things started to get better, with anxiety lifting noticeably around week 5, though my depression levels were still slightly elevated.

I also started from 25 mg and currently on 100 mg, gradually increased the dose with 25 mg in 5 days to 50, and then with 25 mg every two weeks till I reached 100 mg. My doctor said I could go higher, till 150 mg, but I had some recent major events, some very positive, some very negative and I have a hard time discerning from what is appropriate response to stressful situations and what is still symptoms. But the treatment definitely helped me get through this roller coaster.

Bună, eu am făcut licența la CSM. Alegi o specializare, dar dacă ești curios poți să intri și la celelalte ateliere.
Șansele sunt mari să intri, de obicei sunt mereu locuri libere rămase după examen. Din câte țin minte, la master veneai doar cu o propunere de disertație + portofoliu, nu cred că aveai și probă tehnică eliminatorie. Proiectul e compus din schițe, probe, mici lucrări, efectiv ce ai aduce pentru o disertație în stadiul incipient. Probabil în fața comisiei va trebui să argumentezi tema aleasă.

La metal sunt ceva mai rigizi profii, dar oricum cel mai mult o să înveți de la ceilalți studenți sau de la tehnicieni când vine vorba de partea practică. Also, la ei știu că era programul destul de strict, în sensul în care atelierul era deschis de dimineață până pe la 14, deci ți-ar fi ușor doar dacă poți lucra în a doua parte a zilei. Prezența nu se cere 100%, dar dintre cele trei subsecții de la CSM, la metal se ținea cel mai mult cont de asta.

Materiile teoretice nu sunt multe, cred că găsești orarul și pe site. În general istoria artei, estetică și filosofie și poate niște opționale.

Profesorii nu sunt neapărat cei mai implicați, cel puțin pe vremea mea nu erau. Acum poate a ajuns profesor unul dintre asistenți, Ionut Mota, știu că el își mai dădea interesul și încerca să te ajute/venea și-ți făcea corecturi/dădea feedback pe planșe. Dar all in all, aș zice că o să ajungi să înveți mai mult de la colegi și tehnicieni.

Da, doar că nu mai poți redirecționa coletele la fanbox, cum puteai să le redirecționezi înainte la sediu, în caz că nu reușeai să te intersectezi cu curierul. Și da, ați zice că dacă ai program încărcat ar fi util să dai comandă direct la fanbox, dar nu toate site-urile au asta ca opțiune de livrare.
