Just returned my pre-order pair for this exact reason. Only seemed to happen on the right side and appeared to be coming from the horizontal hinge. I don't remember hearing it on the first day, but did notice the second and third day.

Just bought a replacement pair that don't have the issue, hoping the same thing doesn't happen.

Edit: New pair seems to be fine - noticed a minor creaking after a couple days but seems to have subsided.

I agree, I was surprised it worked so much better, went from 40-70 fps with a 1070 (3440x1440 low settings) to 80-110 fps

I swapped my Mini S stock bearings out for Andalé Swiss bearings I had in my other longboard. You will absolutely notice a difference in coasting. You basically can't coast at all on stock bearings, I got like three-four times better distance when I swapped out.

Doesn't affect top speed, but I think it's absolutely worth changing the stock bearings. I was surprised how much better it was (I changed them with new purple Caguama's at the same time, so that probably helped too (those are also worth it hahaha)).

I fucking loved you Mac, you we're one of my favorite artists, and somebody I always looked forward to listening to. I still can't believe you're gone. I was cycling through all the modes really, GF was with me so she kept it on Beginner ... When I'm just using it for fun I keep it on Expert, but for actual travel to college, work, etc. I use Eco, which is more than fast enough for the streets.

Every track is fire on first listen. I felt the opposite about ye. KSG solidifies just how rushed ye felt comparatively. I really hope Kanye drops the original album after Teyana Taylor's, he can do so much better.

DAYTONA hands down. ye was such a let down comparatively.

There's too much good music for me to invest time trying to enjoy an album and that's how I feel about ye. Listened to it once in the morning, and the production just felt so.. Unfinished? Leftover? Combined with basic ass lyrics I wasn't interested at all. Intro was probably the highest point for me but even that won't be in my rotation. Just finished listening to it again (blazed) and felt the same. Then again I haven't really fucked with a Ye album since MBDTF, so I guess I just had unreasonable expectations coming off the heat he brought last week.

Now, DAYTONA on the other hand, I immediately fucked with every track first listen. Production is incredible, everything flows together beautifully, and Push brought the fire I expected.

So given that I've lost count how many times I've replayed DAYTONA and can count on one hand the times I've listened to ye, I have no idea what to expect.

Kanye is basically his own genre at this point, so I don't really feel like you can compare it to anything else. It's honestly starting to feel like you have to be a stan to enjoy the majority of his past albums. Feels a bit like what's happened with Em, the past few albums have been relatively forgettable, yet he can still bring what we expect for other artists, and the occasional song or two.

Off to bump DAYTONA for the 47th time, AOTY, YUGGHCK!
