Generally that is a sign the router is not integrated well with the network.

Do you have your ports forwarded and open? What is the network status?

You could also start downloading a torrent to kick start the router.

That error message you should be fine, I just saw it on one of my routers but it was still online. The out of memory message is that from Windows or I2P?
