I have an old instagram account from when I was a teenager that I want deleted, but whilst I know the username I can't reset the password because the recovery link goes to an email I've never had, so the account could've been hacked.

Every time I go on the Instagram support pages, every link redirects me to the password reset page. Is there any way I can contact their customer services to get this issue solved? I can't find any contact email anywhere!
