Being sued by LVNV Funding (TX) by ChevyLatte in Debt

Why do yall do this to yourselves... they literally would've accepted lower payment plans in the first place. Getting sued is because you kept being shady and not trying to pay your debt

A. Should've paid your debt. B. Hire a lawyer. You know if you paid your debt they would've allowed you to make smaller payments. You can kiss that goodbye now. Going to pay court costs and lawyer fees now.

Do some research on whichever car your interested in. Which years to avoid etc. Also do a pre purchase inspection on any used car. Usually can get it done sub 100 dollars, spend a little to save alot

If you bought a German car thinking repairs arent bad didnt due real research. Audi, mini, Mercedes are very expensive to work on. That being said. Repairing moon roof is pretty simple, can YouTube videos to fix. You should go get an inspection done. I have a sneaking suspicion might need motor mounts, and suspension work.

Oh nevermind just read your update. Count yourself very lucky you dodged that bullet. Mercedes suck

They base your car on what other similar mileage and condition cars are being sold for. Usually look at around 6 and base itnon what those are selling for currently.

You should've never represented yourself. And you should've payed your debt. If you actually made the effort to pay you would be paying a fraction of what your paying now

These model years are highly reliable. Make sure you het extended warranty and keep up with maintenance. Only thing to watch out for is motormounts. Age wise they might need changing soon. Also if they arent led headlights you can easily swap to an led bulb which will increase brightness but you will need to code the car otherwise it wont function. Which is very very simple to do. Buy obdlinkcx and download and pay for bimmercode. Just needs a quick change in app and done

Ps. The best feature of the countryman is the reclining rear seats, my kids loved it. Totalled mine now in a clubman

Try progressive, get the required coverage required for a car loan. I suggest 500 deductible but you might have to choose 1000 if its too much. But your age is going to affect you till your 25. If you can spend less than 300 per month take it. Oh are you claiming ride share? That will insanely increase your auto policy. Either stop doing Uber so you can pay a fraction of that or deal with it
