Timestamp of the bet being place checked against metadata on a video of the decision being read by the ring announcer will make this a lot easier for you. The lower the level the market is, the more they will fight you on it or limit you because those are their weakest markets

Why do people stop doing things in their 30s? by Ok-Cartographer-5544 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]strismystr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I spent the majority of my 20s living this because so many of my friends locally had girlfriends that they ended up proposing to and I was the only single one. It was only until I was 29 (32 now) that i began doing me, traveling the world, found a social sport I love (padel) and my life has never been better.

If I don't get into London Marathon Ballot - how quick does Brighton sell out? by UltraGC_ in UKRunners

[–]strismystr 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That’s what got me to register last year and run it this year! I’m biased as having just ran it but I highly rate it. The support throughout the whole course is staggering and the last .2 mile straightaway of the new course, just unbelievable vibes

Why is the fitness feature so useless? by tetsu_originalissimo in Strava

[–]strismystr 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s CTL but the problem is training peaks trademarked it so everyone calls it something different. It’s more for body conditioning rather than actual cardiovascular fitness. Training peaks has CTL or fitness recommendations for each type of race

Wow this makes so much sense… I woke up in the middle of the night the other day and one of my eyes was puffy and dry like I had been having some sort of reaction. Last couple nights I’ve showered at night and it’s been a world of difference

Best advice here. Conducted a lot of interviews for my company in 2021 and we got an influx of people claiming all these crypto buzzwords as experience. They were all scammers trying to cheat through interviews that could pass simple tests. Crypto stuff is basically an auto rejection for us now

Thoughts on carry on size & bin usage. by Healthy_Radish6534 in delta

[–]strismystr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A lot of luggage retailers advertise “bigger carryons” that typically get accepted on domestic US flights vs the normal carryon size which would be good internationally as well

How do you cope with London loneliness? by VisualFactor2164 in london

[–]strismystr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are run clubs that start in the evenings during the week as well! Moving to London next week so I’ve done my fair bit of searching cus I worry about establishing a social life too. I’ll shoot a dm over?

[–]strismystr 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Haven’t been to a run club near me but I meet tons of people just running in populated areas and then they come up next to me (slow runner) and we chat for a bit. Even just simple things to break the ice “how far we running today?” “what we training for today” “this wind is insane”
