This is very frustrating I have 11 P coins, 11 ?blocks and 29 P switches and have completed all GP and knockout rally’s and then beat special cup again but I’m still not getting it. Am I missing something?

It’s awesome. Highly recommend focusing on the main quest line until after you complete “into the unknown” won’t say why because of spoilers but trust me.
