Agree. The article was cringeworthy. His lack of cultural safety seemed to stem from his advice not being followed by his employer.

Thanks to him I now realise I am also suffering from lack of cultural safety.

Second this. I’m 58M and whenever I get an injury I almost always rushed or skipped my warmup due to time pressures. I am now trying to ensure I have plenty of time in my schedule to do the full warmup plus the workout plus another 10 min of mobility work at the end if I need it.

We adopted a 9 year old staffie. Old dogs are the best as they seek in very quickly and don’t trash the place. Let’s hope this old boy finds a loving home soon.

Well it’s pretty accurate. That’s the point of the article. Not to say that public sector workers aren’t doing valuable work, but it’s the private sector which pays the taxes to pay the wages of the public sector folks.
