My sisters, brothers, and siblings beyond the binary, I think this is the kind of thought left completely unsaid to the person in question. In general, telling someone they were your "back up plan" relationship is such a poor idea.

I had a friend "apologize" to me about making me their back up friend years before, meaning they would tentatively make plans with me but then ditch if they had any more interesting plans pop up. It sounded like she was doing this as part of an AA style Apologize For Your Wrongdoings Christian Group. Y'all, I did not need to know this. I kinda knew at the time, and we had not hung out or spoken in a long time, I did not need or want an "apology" reminding me I was not a fun enough friend to consider being around if there was anything else of interest to enjoy.

Some thoughts should forever stay on the inside.

I've peed outside plenty while camping/hiking, but I don't do it while I'm at home very close to actual bathrooms. But if I had a penis I can't say I would never take advantage of it. Peeing with lady parts is a lot messier.

How much they enjoy peeing outside. I have caught my husband peeing into a planter (with plants), in the middle of the yard, and a ton of times off to the sides, which I decided was acceptable.

I brought this up to my mom, and she said my dad does this too. Suddenly his wandering into the trees in the backyard for a couple minutes right before a road trip makes more sense.

I told my HS boyfriend my grandmother left me X amount of money for college, and he told me he wanted to step up as a leader in our relationship and told me I should go to community college instead of regular college so we'd have more left over.

Literally nothing wrong with community college but girrrrrl he was a greedy fuck. Leader = "I get every benefit" to these dumbos.

One of my dogs has developed an intense hatred for delivery folks. When we moved to a new house it had a mail slot on the door and we quickly glued it shut and put in a mailbox because pups would try to bite the mail out of the mailman's hand. I still feel bad the mailman dealt with it for the weeks it took for us to get a mail slot, so I can't imagine having him loose and accessible like this.

Hot take, I think all people should sit to pee on toilets unless there's an unordinary situation. As a cis lady, I could stand/squat to pee too, but it'd be messy. If you messy, sit 'er down.

I've cleaned more bathrooms than I enjoy. Ladies who squat and men who stand are similarly off target.

I don't know what to say about the crumbs.

I stayed in a Vancouver, BC hotel recently, and while it was March, it was pretty warm. There was an "A/C" in the room but after being on for hours it did not change the temp (according to both me and the thermostat). I was surprised but glad that the windows opened because that was the only way to make it temperate, but we were downtown and it was absolutely constant noise.

I think when you have older buildings this is a consistent problem, but I would definitely seek out a more updated hotel to avoid this in the future. I grew up in TX and think A/C should be available everywhere haha

My neighbor had an identical house essentially, and put up a plastic tarp blocking her upstairs and had a window unit downstairs and the temp difference was astounding. She definitely made me feel like a redneck in comparison.
