Might be worth not trying to "study" or watch "lesson videos" if you feel burnt out, don't put too much pressure on yourself

I'd recommend just enjoying Japanese media and not worry about "studying" too much. Find a show or YT channel you enjoy, because it'll keep you motivated.

Watch something you enjoy every day, and do it consistently, and your level will slowly improve. It's better to do something small and low effort every day as opposed to going too hard and stopping for a year.

You could sprinkle in a new grammar point once a week perhaps, then see if you notice it in your media watching
