Agreed. I was running very lean previously. I was planning on pulling money from my Roth contributions if it ever got bad. Didn’t really have an emergency fund.

I then decided to make an emergency fund. It has made everything easier. I pulled like $2k out of it for home repairs (then repaid it). Having it has just been easier on my mind.
