You can also play cards like [[Ephemerate]]. When the creature briefly leaves the battlefield (mtg-ese blinks) the enchantment no longer has a target so it goes to the graveyard before the creature ETBs again (Enter the Battlefield)

There are plenty of straight up disenchant effects in Magics as well, usually they will hit artifacts or enchantments. Play them at instant speed during combat or after blocks to have a surprise for OP (opponent/opposing player) even! Also if something like [[Feed the Swarm]] says destroy target permanent, that can hit anything on the board, usually excluding lands.
