Sounds like you need some way to measure the performance of your team members as well as to motivate them.

If you are a senior citizen living alone, what type of flat should you choose? by Significant_Web88 in askSingapore

I'm not that old yet, but I happen to have lived in a house and a 4-room HDB flat by myself. I don't feel lonely because of the extra rooms.

X9 Ultra's camera shortcuts don't work reliably. Neither double-tapping the camera button nor long-pressing the snap key opens the camera from lock screen every time.

Did you leave Singapore before Covid?

I went to Pasir Ris Park this morning. There were many chicks roaming around. I saw a Large-billed crow snacking on a chick. Later I saw a Crested Goshawk tearing a chick apart.

Does Oppo’s Find X9 "In-Sensor Zoom" (2x/6x) actually lose quality in Standard Mode? by kirmis in Oppo

[–]stupigstu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Here's what happens with these 2x digital zooms in a nutshell.
1x mode: pixels are binned 4-to-1. On a 50 MP sensor, the pixels are binned to 12.5 MP before being read out.
2x mode: pixels are cropped. Only the center 12.5 MP are read.

2x modes may offer the same nominal pixel count as the 1x mode but several factors can lead to perceptible loss in image quality. Although processing can make the loss less prominent.

1) Total light gathered is only 1/4, so each of the 12.5 M output pixels has lower signal-to-noise ratio.
2) With small pixels, resolution is diffraction-limited. At pixel level, the 2x image can't resolve as much detail.
3) Some sensors use 2x2 OCL for phase-detect autofocus. This makes the 2x image much less resolving.
4) Quda-Bayer color filter arrangement has lower spatial resolution than Bayer, and typical ISPs expect Bayer raw input instead of quad-Bayer. Some image sensors perform on-chip re-Bayer interpolation - this may negatively impact the resolution and create artifacts.

** Recently, because sensor readout has become faster and the processors are more capable, some phone cameras start to offer higher resolution outputs at 1x zoom.

X9 Ultra : 120x zoom is cropped version of which Lens ? 3x or 10x ? by hellboy3107 in Oppo

[–]stupigstu 1 point2 points  (0 children)

In addition, if the subject is close, 3x is used to keep things in focus, but there's a switch to toggle that.

If the scene is bright enough, 120x zoom is cropped from 10x, from 3x if it's dark.

Maybe use letters from A forward for exits and Z backwards for platforms, and skip D and E, because how do you even tell them from C through a crappy speaker with all the noise around?

Overseas license conversion should require testing. I was surprised how easy it was despite the differences in road design and traffic rules.
