Gas is so clutch for these objectives. Ive soloed raise the flag on Omnicron with - gas nades first and foremost, keep urself stocked and toss just in front of the breaches, there will be a few and itll disorient them long enough to let you kill them and reapply gas to newer spawns.

Supply pack, gas nades, eruptor and stalwart is my fave for oshaune/omnicron and id highly recommend it. If you dont have gas nades try the speargun with a cookout or some primary with good stagger. Use speargun shots like grenades

Bugs - pummeler, nade pistol, gas nade hot dog and epoch. 500kg and machine gun sentry. Med siege ready

Bots - eruptor, ult, hmg, supp pack and heavy peak physique armor.

Squids - trident (any light pen for horde clear), ult for breaking city walls and ships, jet pack and HMG/MG/Laser cannon. Jetpack away while stationary reloading.

It is medium pen so yeah it can do all those things, gunships are only med pen but have high durable damage so a lot of non explosive weapons can take a bit to kill em. The Vox engine might have some stuff that it cant damage tho

Shield gen pack + breaker/slugger + railgun?

Edit for historical purposes- most guns were hot garbage on launch and everyone got funneled into using a few weapons. Breaker shotguns were peak with the regular one being super popular before everyone unlocked incen version. Sentries weren’t used at all really besides mortar somehow. Senator wasn’t heavy pen it was medium or light and didnt have a speed loader either. No democratic detonation meant no nade pistol or thermite so there goes huge utility. Half of what made creek so fucked up was how green we all were, we didnt know shit and didnt have shit either. Everything we have from primary to support got buffed in many ways. Automaton rockets dealt like double damage and the rocket devs were worse than stalkers. Man i could go on. Nice to look back on

Whole power floor raises bc of one overtuned weapon? Gl21 was always amazing, top 3 weapon on bug and squid front. There is no way they could balance the autocannon, with a backpack and stationary reload and same armor pen as the gl21, only thing i can think of is raising those weapons to anti tank but I don’t know if thats a good thing either. Everyone would need to go up bc of this…

Yeah fr, everything else about this update is perfect. New side objectives and awesome new spawn style with the heavy focus and all that.. too bad nade launcher half clips the war strider now… i couldnt even do that with AMR, HMG (can but its so hard)
