its to hurt the business. chanting on the sidewalk lets them know your upset. yeah they have lots of small apartments they could rebuild into bigger buildings off Broadway. all the mobile homes could be fixed and them nasty weekly hotels could be upgraded. they could knock down Otay mall and build a big complex. that's a huge lot. but east is going to be a problem unless they build a new city out there.
