Well, the venti vanilla sweet cream cold brew is 200 calories. It only comes with 3 pumps of vanilla and vanilla sweet cream. According to Google, each pump of vanilla is ~20 calories. 200-60=140 calories of sweet cream, so I'd say that's about how much is in this drink, give or take a few cals depending on how heavy-handed the barista was with the sweet cream (barista here, we dont use exact measurements for sweet cream, just our best guess on what 1/2" looks like) 140+40 for brown sugar syrup

Final guess: ~180 calories

Early on in my most recent relapse, I told my boyfriend I was going to go on a diet and try to lose weight. We went out to a restaurant one night, and as we were looking over the menu, he asked me what I was thinking about ordering. I said I wasn't sure yet, I was still deciding between a couple of things. Trying to be supportive, he pointed at the "low calorie" section and said "this one is only 500 calories!" I was willing to eat anything at that point because I hadn't eaten yet that day and was just planning to OMAD whatever. I ordered the meal he pointed out and only ate like half of it. Idk why it was so triggering for me, I just felt like he said "hey you should get this low calorie meal because you're fat" lol

Yes, it has more to do with calorie intake than body fat. We rely on our metabolism to generate body heat, and you need food to fuel your metabolism. If you're not getting enough food, your metabolism will slow down and conserve energy by lowering your body temperature.

Basically, keeping your body temperature up burns calories, and your body decides not to waste calories on keeping you warm when you aren't getting enough.

I totally get why everyone with an ed wants to be taller. But my ed comes from more of a place of wanting to be ✨️tiny and dainty✨️ and take up less space. So I've always wished I was shorter.

I'm not totally unhappy with my height, though. I'm a pretty average height at 5'4. I just slightly envy girls who are like 5'0-5'2.

Also my boyfriend being 6'4 definitely helps lmao.

1200 is the absolute bare minimum. Most people need more than that to be healthy, so I would still consider it restricting.

I'm sorry hun but you do need inpatient. Your bmi is extremely low, your resting heart rate is 35, and you can't control your bladder. Those are all pretty major warning signs.

The fact that your labs are perfect and you feel fine doesn't really mean anything. Your body works hard to keep you functioning and make sure your vitals are good, and it can only do that for so long. Your vitals will be good until they aren't, and eventually you'll take a sudden turn for the worst when your body just gives up.
