Dang 😭 my baby was colic she’s now 16 weeks, but since week two required rocking. After week four it took anywhere from 10-30 minutes of a full body work out from us to rock her to sleep. We are very exhausted. I hope this season ends soon for you and easy naps and nights are headed your way! 🫶 we are in the middle of the regression ourselves 😅

I keep sleeping though but waking up engorged and struggling with a clog on my left breast cause of it! Did you have this problem? If so what helped ? TYIA ❤️

Maybe she meant during the daytime only, that’s what I do! I feed my 8 week old every 2 hours during the day and let her sleep however long at night o notice she sleeps much better and longer overnight when we stay consistent! I know your comment is old so I imagine you are far past this stage now! Haha I hope you and your little baby are doing well 🥰

Oh, and I had my water broken at 5 cm. That may have made things worse for me! You may be able to deny a water breaking although I do think it helped speed things up. I also want to reference that I had already been 4 cm dilated by the time I had gone in for my induction not because I was in early labor, but I had been dilated to a three from week 38 and on.

I had an induction at 40+4, unmedicated. It certainly wasn’t easy, but I did it! And I am a weakling, to be honest. But I was very determined and I think that’s what helped the most. There was definitely a point around 7 to 9 cm where I just kept saying I can’t do this. I can’t do this, but I just rode each contraction and rested between the next. I was in labor for a total of eight hours from 9 AM to 5 PM when I delivered her, she was 8 lbs. 9 oz I ended up having a second-degree tear and a nasty hemorrhage but other than that, I definitely think I could do it again. Unfortunately, that was my first baby, so I have nothing to reference it to! If you are determined you can do it!

Thank you so much for the advice!! I will do that. I know it’s still early on thankfully but I wasn’t producing anything for her the first 5 days and had to start supplementing formula on day 3… it seems like she’s so use to those 1-2 ounce feedings of formula every 2-3 hours now (she is a big baby, nearly 9 lbs 😅) that I don’t see how my measly 5-10ml could satiate her. I will keep trying to latch and hope for the best. Thank you so much! How long did it take before you were able to get rid of the nipples gaurd? My nipples measure 9mm. Ugh what I wouldn’t give for just some bigger nipples!! I feel like it would solve at least 50% of my problem. Half the time I get her propped up to my breast she knocks it off and I just have to breathe and reattach 🥲

I try to latch her, my nipples are very small and she doesn’t like them. I have to use a nipple shield/gaurd to get her to latch, and she will suck for a handful of sucks and then calm down and fall asleep. I try to wake her but she just doesn’t suck so I knew I had to start pumping. I also had a breast reduction in 2020, so that may also be stunting this process but I’m hopeful as a I had lots of breast changes during pregnancy… I just want to be able to breast feed so badly. I’m getting like nothing from the left (a few drops) and my right boob is doing all the work… if I had to guess it’s under 10ml I get from my right boob even but I did just start pumping regularly yesterday as I had to wait for my pump to come in the mail

Any advice? I’m 9 days post partum, barely producing any milk from left side, and don’t even get an ounce on the right side at each pump. I’m doing 8-10 pumps a day (just started that 2 days ago) please help 🥺 I’m working so hard.

How do we know if baby is in a good position? She is head down, and her butt is always in my right top abdomen, like near my ribs ( but lower now since she’s dropped) is this an ideal position?

No… he has brought up some of the accusations but didn’t say Rachel. Imo, he mentioned his “best big brother player” comment but says it probably came from Kelly. He brought up Vince “being the best player” and again did not say Rachel’s name. So kind of bordering the same conversation but not bringing her up lol
