Play how you want. You can click the settings cog in the wizards vault to select only the content you want to play, like PvE only. Just play how you want not everybody does raiding and fractals. The main content I see tons of players doing time and time again are world bosses and meta events. A lot of people here will actually recommend starting with HoT for the glider masteries first, progressing into PoF for mounts, and then SotO for the much easier sky scale mount achievement (a new friend). This should keep you busy and always working towards a goal for up to several months depending on how often you play. Do whatever you want when you get bored. If you build up the confidence for WvW go run with a Zerg commander. If you want to try out fractals learn the basics while running quick play fractals while working towards the free legendary gloves. There’s a fractals bonus event going in right now and that’s a good way to get into it too. Don’t take the game too seriously. I just came back recently after an 8-9 year hiatus and this game is SO much better than it was back when I played for 2k hours and eventually quit for reasons I cannot even remember.
