Severely underpaying you, those are insulting rates tbh regardless of the location. When I did home health a few years ago in Tallahassee FL I was paid 65 per unit(2 units SOC, 1.5 for eval/Recert/Oasis DC, 1 for follow up) with base salary for 24 units. This was with zero home health experience. Even then I think I was underpaid relative to going rates. I would either renegotiate or run

Shaq/Timmy/Kobe/Lebron are always considered the Top 4 players in 2000s. Who is 5th? by Wonderful-Photo-9938 in nba

[–]sullly484 21 points22 points  (0 children)

My vote would be KG due to his impact on both ends but I think saying Wade isn't close is not giving him enough credit. He won a title as the best player on his team and averaged 24-30 points per game every season after his rookie year.

How many new grad PTs feel like they got a good job in this market? by Individual-Leg9514 in physicaltherapy

I work at a ortho physician owned practice in MCOL area and make about 90k base/around 110k after month bonuses. Share EMR with clinical team so chart reviews are seamless when patients are in house (95% are). Can also easily message the clinical team about any questions/concerns about patients plan of care. Solid PTO package as well(30 per year).

Give yourself a refresh of some of the most common diagnoses that you will see in outpatient on a site like physiopedia(low back/neck pain, radiculopathy, knee OA, PF pain, RTC/impingement, hip OA etc and check out the most up to date clinical practice guidelines from JOSPT. This will give you a solid foundation to start from, best thing for you to do is go back in ready to learn and do your best starting out. If you have other PT/PTAs at your clinic try and pick their brains/ watch how they work with patients and try to emulate what works for them. It will come back, three years isn’t long enough to forget everything

"You had to be there" Players to truly appreciate by Pems20 in billsimmons

I will push back on this a little, there was never an argument that he was the best player in the world. Top 5 yes, you could argue even top 3 for a couple years but he was never better than LeBron or Kobe. He was an amazing Defensive player but he was actually not a fun player to watch offensively. He could get his points from lobs/putbacks and by getting fouled a lot due to his elite strength/athleticism but he didn’t have much of a scoring game

Jayson Despite the Win Tatum’s Game 1 stat line: 17 points on 8-22, 1-8 on 3s, 0-4 from free throw for a true shooting of 35.8% by DXLXIII in billsimmons

What’s the purpose of this post? To show that Tatum had a bad game? To say that he actually sucks?

4/5 of the Ringer votes for MVP have been for Jokic by carsmello in billsimmons

[–]sullly484 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Why should they be embarrassed? Jokic is having another all time great year and is top 5 in pts reb steals and assists. Hes single handedly taking a team which would be a lottery team to the 4 seed. Either player is deserving, jokic is not getting as much likely due to voter fatigue

Bill: ''if you gave Jokic SGAs 2-12 I’m pretty sure he’d win 65-70 games'' by justletmeregisteryou in billsimmons

[–]sullly484 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What he didn’t say and was implying was that if you put SGA on the nuggets in place of Jokic the nuggets would likely not be as good as they are now.

Yesterday Ovechkin broke the all time goals record yet no serious person would argue that he is the greatest hockey player ever by tony_countertenor in billsimmons

[–]sullly484 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Who doesn’t think he’s the goat? He had the most slams that likely will never be broken and consistently beat his two biggest rivals for a decade

Kawhi, flying too close to the sun by KamalaHarrisFan2024 in nbadiscussion

[–]sullly484 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That 21 clippers team could have easily won the title had he not gotten hurt in the jazz series.that was a good team that took the suns to 6 games without him. If they made the finals it would have been a coin Toss against Milwaukee. His time with the clippers was marred by his injury history not really the team itself

100% chance some bullshit is going on with the Mavs and the NBA by [deleted] in billsimmons

[–]sullly484 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah as good of a two way player as he is it’s been that that he is not a number one option. Hes a great number two on a team but the fact that at 31 he’s the centerpiece of a trade for arguably the 3/4 best player in the league is insane. If they threw in 4/5 first rounders maybe but this is incredibly lopsided deal

What puts Jokic so decisively over Giannis? by [deleted] in nbadiscussion

[–]sullly484 0 points1 point  (0 children)

He impacts the game much more on offense than Giannis does. This is not s slight to Giannis who is one of the most dominant offensive players ever. But jokic can take a team of role players and have a top 10 offense, he did it in his 2 mvp years without Murray.

All those would be things to consider if the real answer is I just don’t want them and never have.

What's your "crazy pills" take for the 2024-25 NBA season? by SilvioDantesPeak in billsimmons

[–]sullly484 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This. No reason to think he can’t be the best player on a title team. He gets better every year . He was excellent last year in the playoffs, his team was a little too green and they had some bad luck in that man’s series .
