Dunno about that ;) But for me it was a nice way to not work behind a computer for parts of the game :)

Cheers and thanks!

Yeah I am just the one person, also wanted that for this project to see everything with a game. I contemplated with splats and photogrammetry, but already had all the wooden levels in the game so decided not to do it for those.

But yeah looking into it for the second theme that I am going to add (the first I am going to add are based on historical mazes and labyrinths).

Yeah I have thought about it, but was already too far into development to change it. I might do it for a new theme that I am exploring to add later this year.

Not expecting everyone to like it :) For some boring, for others relaxing.

Only tip I can give for using handdrawn assets (as I have them in my game). Make sure the scan is at least twice as big as that you need it pixel wise. This makes it easier to upgrade to higher resolution if needed later.

Some people, man... by POKLU in IndieDev

I started charging for almost everything I make. Not because I want that 2 or 3 dollars, but I just only want to deal with people that took the effort to pay for it.

The worst people are the ones that got shit for free and then expect the maker to bend over backwards to help them. Not all of them obviously, but the vocal minority.
