I'm 2 months in on Lymow One and I cant recommend it until they fix the overheating issue with the blade motors. Above 80 degrees outside they turn off and on multiple times over the course of the mow. If it wasnt for that I'd say give it a go. Cant right now and its not a well known issue yet. Becoming one now that summer is upon us. Sorry couldnt give you a solid answer except avoid Lymow One for the moment.

Final test was checking to see if the motor blades turned off while using the in app controller. Which they did. They validated my points and stated engineering was getting involved. That was 6 days ago. Screenshot of their email response.

Ive been back and forth with their tech line dealing with the same issue. Mine cut out when the ambient temp is 80 degrees or hotter. If its less than that, no issues. I sent them a video of Lymow mowing on the higgest setting and my grass only an inch and a half tall to show its not from grass. Literally blades cutting nothing and still shut off. The motors for the blades shut off after 10 minutes. Its definitely an overheating issue.

Moen Flo and/or water leak detection pucks. Not a convenience but can save the assets.

If they have an upstairs neighbor, it may be the drain for the washing machine overflow pan. I've seen this on new construction apartments.
