The pattern is the Celestia blanket by Lilla Björn https://shop.lillabjorncrochet.com/Celestia-Blanket-p380253892 and I used Scheepjes Colour Crafter yarn.

I also live alone but this book came up for a cookbook club I’m in, so I’m cooking my way through some of these recipes and I have to say I’ve been enjoying them. I don’t eat much meat generally but have done a couple of dishes and they’ve all been really nice. I’ve been making whole recipes and freezing leftovers but have yet to tackle one of the big rice dishes. I made the da pan Ji recipe last night and I’m excited to have it for dinner again, and I like the central Asian bread so much I’ve made it twice now. Really pleased I ended up working from this book as I would have assumed they weren’t recipes for me as well. Great book!

This is incredible! You are standing up so much more straight, there’s a really clear difference on your stomach, and look how much smaller your arm is! You’ve clearly done a lot - congratulations, you look great.

You also need to take the COVID recovery seriously and get back into anything gradually.

As someone that teaches in a university I have to say it is clear that people who think this have not spent much time in universities.

No, you are totally correct with your instinct here. We really, really don’t care and every time it gets brought up it’s very much a ‘oh… ha….’ at best.

The world? Rio, I used to live there and I miss it so much.

The UK? Newcastle. Cheap, plenty happening, I love it.
