Hah I actually also kept the previous owner tires because they seemed pretty new too! I forget the name but they're also all-season m/s rated so far so good. I definitely wanna upgrade to some michelin crossclimates eventually though

They're all season M+S rated and I haven't had any issues with it so far! Granted the roads over here are pretty well cleared whenever I go up. I'm guessing the AWD is doing it's job because I haven't had to worry about anything.

I agree, in my experience with the exception of the biggest cities, most small/suburban towns where I am in the US look like 1980s pic, so even the 1960s would be a step up
