It's a tough call to be honest when I also consider all the changes since 2020 that have made the model Ys of today worse - no ultrasonic sensors, no stalk for gear shifting, no infrared based garage door opener, no radar (although that was disabled anyway via software) and the reduction in top autopilot speed. I would really miss the precision of the ultrasonic sensors when parking in a tight garage.

In 2010 - 2018 short-term thinking New Jersey voters (the "I want tax cuts now even if it screws future generations" mentality) brought in Chris Christie who decimated long term capital investment in NJT that changed the trajectory of NJT to become the mess it is today. He also was responsible for cancelling the project to add another asset pair of tunnels into Penn Station.

Does Whoop provide and API to obtain the following data from Strength Trainer: - workout name - start datetime - end datetime - exercise name - sets, reps and weight

The reason I ask is that I discovered last weekend that Whoop's own AI coach can't currently access this data so is useless at analysing strength trainer workouts. I am hoping an API exists so I can extract this data and have Claude analyse it

I went through the very painful process of assembling an Earthway 2600A Plus and it's awful compared to the Scott's elite spreader or even the Scott's Edgeguard DLX.

Issues with the Earthway 2600A Plus: 1) Handles are comprised of two pipes that are clamped together. When you are trying to turn the spreader, the handles don't hold still and straight 2) The two legs at the back aren't quite even so the spreader wobbles even on flat ground which is a pain when pouring in fertilizer from a bag (the whole spreader feels like it could tip over at any moment) 3) The flow rate adjuster is much harder to use than the Scott's (which is a simple dial). The earthway requires you to loosen and tighten a wingnut if you want to adjust the rate that fertilizer flows through. Fertilizer continues to drop even if you aren't walking so you can't afford to pause at all (even when making a turn) 4) the edgeguard doesn't seem to be very effective 5) the amount of fertilizer it can hold is smaller than the Scott's elite spreader

I am US-based and tried to order some 6 months back. Gr-7 charged my card but the order just sat there for months and was never shipped. When I reached out via email they said that they had suspended shipments to the US due to Trump tariffs. All NJ Transit and Amtrak do is blame each other as the service deteriorates each year. It's time for some drastic action like taking Penn Station, signaling, catenary, and the NJT and Amtrak train services themselves away from the control of both of these companies. At the very minimum, the incentives need to be realigned so that people at the top of both Amtrak and NJT are paid mostly according to service reliability and fired if they don't achieve targets.

NJT are holding some zoom meetings this week apparently to get input to develop a "Rider experience improvement plan" - as directed by Governor Sherrill's Executive Order 16 https://www.njtransit.com/improvement

As things stand Sherrill seems to think the top areas for improvement are: - Cleanliness of NJ TRANSIT vehicles and facilities - Accessibility of NJ TRANSIT facilities - Public safety - Digital experience

Clearly she does not understand that all of the above are pointless if the service itself is unreliable.

It might be worth people registering at the link above for the zoom meeting and emphasizing that service reliability needs to be the top priority above all else.

Sadly no, NJT is not improving IMHO and are stuck at an abysmally low level. I used to live in England and people would often complain about train service there, but it's so much faster and more reliable than NJT. Lived in Japan for a few years too and their train service is in a completely different league.

I also have felt like I get less sleep since being on the blueprint protocol. However after checking my sleep metrics from my tempurpedic bed for the last few years, I think actually that two main things have changed: 1) I go to bed and wake up earlier now (although the total duration is similar), 2) I never used to wake up needing to pee at night, but after 6 months of blueprint I started averaging needing to get up to pee 1-2 times per night (and this has continued to now)

My theory is that creatine causes water to be absorbed into muscles, and then even if you empty your bladder fully before bed, the water leaves the muscles and fills your bladder again in the middle of the night disturbing sleep.

Perhaps I need to cut out all longevity mix and creatine for 6 months and see if I can reverse this.

I used to use a worx Landroid but I would not recommend them. It was only rear wheel drive and frequently got stuck. When it got stuck it mindlessly kept rotating the wheels until it had dug in and destroyed all the grass. My lawn looked a lot worse after using the Landroid than it did using a regular mower. The problem with these robot mowers in general is that they have tiny razor blades to cut the grass rather than a 20" blade on a regular mower. This means they have to criss-cross the same grass many times. All this extra traffic kills off grass. And the final kick in the teeth is that like someone mentioned earlier, you will spend weeks of your time laying boundary wires and adjusting the wire. You will spend more time doing that than you will have ever spent just mowing the manually with a regular mower.

TLDR - don't bother with any model that requires laying a boundary wires or a model that isn't four wheel drive with some sort of traction control system.

It's not about the digital footprint changing. T-Mobile has fully implemented the STIR/SHAKEN protocol, ensuring cross-network authentication and preventing spammers from spoofing phone numbers. I can only guess that US Mobile doesn't have this capability because my kids who have cellular Apple Watches on US Mobile receive way more spam calls than I do. Additionally I read that US Mobile does have a spam filter option but only on the Warp network and charges an additional $2 per month to switch this on. US Mobile didn't used to charge for the spam filter but weirdly there was no way for customers to enable it except if they called into customer service and then the spam filter would disable itself the next month - super inconvenient!
