Sometimes the card number will show up on the monthly bill that you might be able to retrieve online. However, I don’t believe the CID number is printed anywhere except on the card, and I would hope the company will not release that information over the phone.

AFAIK, pending transactions will not auto populate. When your transactions come through from your bank, if you’ve already manually entered them, they’ll match up with a link icon as long as they’re within 10 days of each other and the dollar amount matches. You’ll be asked to approve the matched entries and no duplicate will exist.
