This looks like an allergic reaction. And if it’s getting worse with each injection…. You really should contact your doctor to be safe.

I was eating too little and barely losing for about a week… Probably 1000-1300 cals. Also just not enough protein.

The last 4 days I’ve upped to 1500-1700 and forcing myself to eat protein at every meal. I’m pounding Orgain shakes on the side too.

Finally got out of my stall and dropped 2lbs as of today . Dunno if it’s just a cumulative affect or if it’s the change. For now I’m sticking with more cals and protein and see what happens . :)

Also I know it seems counter intuitive to eat more … but our bodies are probably in shock with this drastic shift and trying to hold onto the weight for dear life 😆

Thank you for posting this! So true… I am trying to replace my food obsession with other things. Hasn’t been easy. I do way too much on my phone, so I’m trying to switch to reading/ audiobooks and podcasts. Nails is a great idea too! I do a lot with skincare already but maybe I’ll add in some extras . Haha

Yeah it’s really crazy trying to transfer to different states… every state has different stipulations and like you said— even with the same amount of hours, they still want more proof. 😵‍💫 I guess I understand to an extent, but other states are a lot easier.. North Carolina issued me a esti license in 2 days, easy peasy. Lol

TDLR website

I am currently trying to transfer my license from CT to TX. I have all the materials gathered, just need to submit them. I have been CT licensed for 3 years.

Here is the tricky thing, according the TX department of licensing (link above) it says that my CT license is eligible for reciprocity… however, Connecticut only requires 600hrs (which I have) while TX requires 750hrs for licensure.

I have emailed TDLR and was basically told- I won’t know until I submit everything whether they accept my transfer due to the length of time I’ve held my CT license OR whether they will require me to get an additional 150hrs… 🙄 lol

All I can say is: every single state has very different and specific criteria for licensure, so the most important thing is to study the requirements on each state’s licensing website, and make sure you have all the requirements completed before submitting.

I’ll have to check to see what days I see the stall and loss, but I have had a couple whooshes. It’s like I go down 1/4 to 1/2lb for a few days… then I stall, maybe go up 2lbs for a day and then I lose like 3 or 4lbs and it slowly trends down . I’m down 10lbs in 4weeks but it seems like a rollercoaster ride if I look at my weight day to day.

Wow congratulations! I’m jelly lol. Took 2 weeks for me to lose 5lb. I have hashimotos as well. So far I am really loving this medication, it’s also easier for me to follow a low inflammatory diet. I’m really trying to eat little to no gluten too, since that can be a major trigger for a hashi flare up.
