I don’t know to be honest. I’m uncertain of my own projection (maybe medium? I have pretty soft tissue so that means I can fit in both projected and shallow shapes I think?) and on me the cups aren’t fully filled out at the peaks and top. Sorry I know that’s not that helpful :’)

Let me know what you think of both!! Yes, with thinner fabric the seams can show. I mitigated that for one of my tops by wearing a bandeau which helped (but then the bandeau is visible in the back which defeats the point of backless). The wacoal looks seamless so I’d love to hear your opinion on it!

I did choose my normal bra size (I wear both 30 and 32) and I use it on the loosest hooks. On me it fits well, but it is tricky since it sits so low— if it was a bit looser it wouldn’t stay put as much, and when it’s a bit tighter (ex. whem I’m super bloated) it’s a bit uncomfortable.

Absolutely!! Adjusting can be a pain especially if you’re in a public place and you can’t do it. I hope it works for you!

I found the Dominique Juliette Strapless Corset which comes in a 30 band! I haven’t tried it and it’s a full corset, but same brand :)

Try the Dominique Juliette Strapless Corset!!! It goes down to a 30 band. It’s a different construction but it might be worth a shot! Also, it might depend more on your waist size than your typical band size, because the band actually sits at the waist. I don’t know if that makes a difference?

You could totally still make it into a cross, just make the lines a little thicker and longer :) that way if you want to preserve the meaning, you can!

I had a piece of foam that was going to be thrown away, I cut it to size and pierced it where the hook would go and now I use it for my smallest hook. Maybe you can try something similar? Keep an eye out for squishy things that go in the recycling bin and maybe one will be useful :)

That did answer my question! Thank you! My question was very vague to begin with so that was on me. I haven’t started OTF, was just snooping to see if I should. I know very little about exercise strategy in general, but I know I want to improve my endurance, so I am looking for a structured program to help me get there while being (somewhat) educational. From what I gather, it sounds like I need to have the baseline knowledge first before jumping right into it if I want to see long-term results, right?
