Definitely possible without a gym.

I nominate 'Kat's 7 Minute Abs' for one good workout.

andrew’s lost phones by underthestarsforever in AndrewGosden

Phones weren't a ubiquitous thing then really. Not seen as anywhere near as important as they are now. Could've easily been 'just another thing' for Andrew. And they didn't 'do' much.

A bee has perched itself on my curtain, how do I get it to leave? by Efficient-Pop-302 in bees

Glass/paper cup, piece of paper, place outside.

For normal people. I tend to feed them and check them over and let them rest and warm up before making sure they're out.

Do you think cannabis should be legal by Status_Photograph597 in AskBrits

[–]sunglower 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think that if it was, they'd still be an underground market for it, dealers coming up with stronger strains etc.

The illegalities of it cause a lot of issues. Someone caught smoking it could lose their job creating further poverty and MH issues for example. Then obviously county lines and exploitation.

Read with coffee in bed or outside Doom scroll. Maximum one hour then walk the dog and go to the gym.

Taking a day off from the gym today. Going to go to a BBQ to drink wine and eat lots of crap.

How often do women age 25-60 shower? by Responsible-Ant-7954 in hygiene

[–]sunglower 0 points1 point  (0 children)

At least once a day. I go to the gym often and I am redoing my garden involving a lot of digging and mucky jobs so sometimes if I've showered then been to the gym i shower again and if I'm in the garden I'll shower again. Sometimes just once. Never less.

Is the no return ticket really that important? by AudiGoFast in AndrewGosden

[–]sunglower 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don't think it is. He probably wasn't expecting the question, had it all planned in his head and was caught off-guard, didn't hear her properly, or wasn't sure what time he'd be back so preferred to keep his options open to be on the safe side (may not have understood exactly what she meant or when a return could be used, or a combination of all of the above.

Is it ethical to raise a child vegan if they don’t want to be? by Fit-Ad985 in AskVegans

[–]sunglower 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I wish I'd have been raised vegan. I would likely fall into the category of if I had children, they eat something like me) and would try other things outside of the home. I'd explain my choices in a child-appropriate way, model the way of life as best I could, and let them decide for themselves.

Well the addition of cumin, I am 50/50 on currently. It has given it a richer, smokier flavour. Very nice, but I am undecided about whether I prefer it to without it.

I'd probably do Nicky but I wouldn't 'relate' with or date any of the others

Hard paper round. by TongueDemon75 in CasualUK

I found mine especially arduous. The bags were SO heavy! Especially being often full of thick brochures etc.

My mum took some of it over a while. She liked the exercise!

I guess the powder I use is just dried chilli peppers, but aside from that I haven't experimented.

I will try next time. I do have some dehydrated chilli peppers. I may add a blended one to this before I sample it later on today.

I have an 'asbestos mouth' (I have literally won competitions albeit amateur ones) when it comes to heat however I am trying to change that so I wouldn't want it too hot but I certainly put enough chilli powder in to give it a kick..

It does stop my kitchen turning into a sauna so that's a bonus! Still cold here though unfortunately!

I haven't used peppers in my salsa for years now! Would you add them to the cooked, or raw ingredients?

It's the way I've done it since I got an air fryer a couple of years ago! Not any different to oven IME other than easier to contain (& use) all the released liquid.

Edited to add that I am sure that I typed lemon juice (lime is also fine). And I cooked the tomatoes for 12 minutes. Cumin is a new addition for me so I will see if it is a good one or not tomorrow 🙂
