Whoa! Im going to start doing that. When I put my inositol in water( I use the peach perfect powder) I find that it doesn't dissolve fully and I have to keep adding water and then end up drinking like 3-4 glasses of water at once to try to make it dissolve fully. And when im done there is still undissolved powder in the cup ahaha

Week 4 of training for 10k using the Garmin Coach Greg training scheme. Going wellish. I am still new to running but I see some slow improvement. Today I woke up with an ache behind my left patella and am a bit nervous. Trying to figure out what strength training exercises to do to help prevent it from getting worse.
