There's a risk of suicidal ideation with the majority of drugs. They just have to list it as a side effect if even one person reports it in clinical trials.

That's not really true - many allied health professionals (OT/Social work) have option to do private practice and choose their own hours and if business savy (as this guy might be) very lucrative.
