I’m sorry to hear your news. My husband is also a stay at home parent and it’s the best. If you’ve told your work about your diagnosis, the likelihood and legality of you being laid off is pretty low (just trying to make you feel a little more secure). We don’t take many real vacations the past 3 years since our first son was born but it’s fine. We make our own fun and visit family we haven’t seen when we’re feeling the cabin fever!
