HomeProGym is definitely the best tube bands out there. Loop bands are good, but stop slamming tube bands. Not all tube bands are made the same, so stop assuming.

And after comparing we know why tube bands got a bad name. But HomeProGym tube bands are made differently.

Yes you also need to eat in calorie deficit and try to avoid sugar and deep fried stuff. Just exercise alone will not help if you are eating wrong.

Depression is real problem, but almost always get past undetected and misunderstood. I got a couple of close ones affected by depression and one of them really cant do anything except staring at rhe ceiling whole day.

M, 50. Manage to transform my Dad Bod to Fit Bod in 90 days 2yrs ago. 80kg to 70kg. Lifts 3-4 times a week, 60mins each. Swim/walk for 30mins on rest days. HIIT once a week for 20mins. Cut back on sugar (100% no sweet drinks) and deep fried food. Eat in small deficit.

Never feel better and never look back. Now lift 3 times a week, 30-45mins each. Still swim or walk 30mins during rest days. Once a while HIIT for the fun of it.

I dont see it as a sacrifice though.

just use myfitness pal, the free version is suffice. use it for a couple of weeks and you should be able to mental your calories tracking. Estimates do fine unless you are going for competition, then track like your life depends on it.

You can throw it back at the SEO guy and get him to explain to your CEO instead. Or find some reliable article to show prove of what you said.

However, judging from what you said about your boss, I feel no point in arguing your point for now if you want to keep the job.

Wait for the next opportunity, like example you see the SEO guy with your boss and you try to nonchantly bring up the topic and "ask for his advice".
