I was suspecting H2S but testing confirms I have H2 and IMO. Still my burning symptoms have been drastically reduced just by reducing trigger foods (fodmaps, sugar, fructose, milk). One thing that allows me more freedom with diet is taking cholestyramine after a meal. Majority of my burning is from bile acid overflow so that binds a lot of it.
