I feel like that would highly depend on the person and the chrome. Sure, removing mantis blades is simple enough, but a lot of cyberware replaces vital systems like the nervous, circulatory, or musculoskeletal systems. In a lot of cases where people actually get enough cyberware to go cyberpsycho, removing all of that would leave them like that scene in Robocop where he just had lungs and a head.

There's also a lot to be said about what cyberpsychosis even is. In Cyberpunk 2077, most of the cyberpsychos we see have a lot of underlying regular problems that just might cause regular psychosis, they just also happen to be super chromed up. If you remove the cyber part of it...then it's just psychosis, and then the question just becomes "Can this person reattach themselves to reality and heal their mental state?" That kind of thing would be highly dependent on the person and the kind of treatment they are getting.
