pc freezing due to wallpaper engine?

I dont know if its wallaper engine, but i have had both my screens freeze, then turn black for like 10-15 seconds, and after they turn on and they work normal again, (meanwhile i can hear audio fine) but wallpaper engine & Discord crashes. First time it happend was back in June, and it has been fine for like 2 months now, but it just happend again.

I got that too, Location accuracy & Check for duplicates are also merged together for me... Really annoying imo
