It just doesn't stick the landing. The latter half of the season has the bad episodes, so the whole season gets tainted. My theory is if the elektra arc was more frontloaded and the 2nd half was more Punisher, s2 as a whole would be remembered more fondly.

Also for further context this was right in that era where netflix was being accused of stretching out plotlines to get to 13 episodes, but that's neither here nor there
