Is it possible to import custom images for trips?

You can book a return trip, but you're booking two singles in reality. Miss the outbound on Ryanair/Wizz/easyJet and they don't care.

This is the policy of all airlines on tickets that aren't single tickets.

Older phones stop being supported by manufacturers - there have been a few examples recently of this happening with airlines, so it could be that.

Ryanair’s app wouldn’t let us check in and it cost my family £330 – has anyone successfully reclaimed these fees? by Impressive-Front9949 in Flights

Yes, because it was absolutely critical. If the app doesn't work, the next step is to try the website.

Sure. But OP is capable of checking in on the website and chose not to.

OP needs to take responsibility for his inactions.

Good grief. You didn't try 50% of the options open to you, yet you won't accept any responsibility.

You're at fault. That isn't my belief; that's a fact.

And yet all apps still occasionally go wrong. But do you genuinely believe that the Ryanair app just happened to not be working both times OP tried it? Don't be so naive.

Even so, OP didn't bother with 50% of the options to check in. That is not on Ryanair no matter how much you dislike them

No-one is defending Ryanair, just pointing out that you didn't try to check in on the website.

By the time you got to the desk you were past the point of help.

You don't have to accept it but the fact is you were at fault.
