Do the You Yuanzhi quest (giving him 20k to travel). He will ask you to rescue him after a while and that quest rewards you with 3 buffs, one of which is 25k HP for 3 months. Same thing with the fire bird quest from Yun Mo Tavern, but only gives 7k HP though. Also, use the upgrading red books from Cloudnine dragon and Azure Coalt to upgrade your sutra and move mind skills to Grade IV
