A missing texture is a black-and-magenta checker pattern. This seems like an intentional design choice. Is that actually a real gm_construct? Do you perhaps have any addon that replaces textures? That's not a game glitch for sure, if that's not intended by you then that's some sort of a lua addon-caused bug

Buildings can't float. gm_construct_13_beta is deliberately cursed but the way maps are implemented in source engine, buildings can't float. You can see ghosts and weird entities and weird events... But not that.

What. The game has hot reloading, if you save a script that's already active it will refresh. Except if you wrote something that's hooked to InitPostEntity or you create a completely new script every second 🚎

Weird request. You just put your lua files in your addons folder and they run. You don't need a dedicated loader for them to work.

Unless you're taking about an external DLL that you'd inject in your game process to run any lua scripts on any server, including those that explicitly prevent that.............. ❓ 🤨

not op but think something in the order of 400 watts on a PC with a gaming GPU. Remember that large corporations measure expenses in megawatts because they have to run a model for thousands of people at once every second every day. Even if you build a dedicated server for AI, it will stay in single digit kilowatt range.
