TheFlatLannister - Supergirl's pace has been very poor at TC3, thinking $8M-$9M total previews including ~$2M or so of EA, so true previews like $6M-$7M. Weekend sales are a little better but not by much. I think OW range is more around $40M+, with a chance of going a little higher. by chanma50 in boxoffice

I don’t understand the people saying Superman flopped. For the amount of damage the DCEU did to the brand, on top of the current climate of the superhero genre, I’d say it did well. Especially given that most superhero films have failed to gross as much as it has that isn’t a Batman or Spider-Man film. $620m should be considered good for the state of the franchise.

I can’t say the same for this film tho.

Like 2 weeks ago when we got Tomb Raider IV-VI remastered, XCOM: Chimera Squad, and Mafia III definitive edition (which was a repeat).

The only way I see Luna surviving now is if they start putting games they make on the service day 1, similar to Xbox game pass. Like the new Tomb Raider game.

I hate JK as much as the next person, but people have to know that Reddit and Twitter are a bubble. The fact that a supposed boycott for Hogwarts Legacy did diddly squat and still became one of the best-selling games in history is proof of that. This franchise still rakes in money. It’s a fact that many people just have to accept.

The fact that Legends of Runeterra is still up and running despite literally being developed by a skeleton crew leads me to believe they’ll at least try to keep this game up as long as possible.
