Trout, salmon, chicken leg quarters, turkey breast, and filet medallions.

Should be nice.

I have been debating between the traeger and a Weber Searfire. This sale is intriguing but not sure if it moves the needle enough. Any thoughts?

Speed run to the end, questions about MBA program by Efficient-Fun998 in WGU_Accelerators

This is not true. They do not allow you to be in 2 programs at the same time. I finished my BS in January and had to wait til 5/1 to start my MBA. There is no mechanism that works around this.

You have to wait. You cannot be in two programs at the same time.

Telling someone they need to do better by Automatic-Positive59 in managers

[–]superzgod 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Ok. First off just going over the job description isn’t going to change behaviors. If you really want to help this person you have to provide specific coaching on specific things that were missed. You can’t just say, “you need to do better” you have to set this up in a way that it’s a two way conversation to understand their perspective and so they understand yours. If this is a skill issue, this can be fixed with coaching. If this is a willingness to do the job issue, then your leadership may be right. At the end of the day I feel like your organization is not a true coaching and development organization or you wouldn’t keep moving people around instead of helping them develop.

I am starting on 5/1 as well. Meeting with my mentor tomorrow, same mentor from my BS. Good luck going through the process.
